Rank Puerto Rico LLC Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2024

1. Service Delivery Rank Puerto Rico LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design, website hosting, social media marketing, and SEO campaigns. All services are delivered digitally according to the terms outlined in the client agreement. Upon acceptance of the proposal, work on the agreed-upon services will commence after payment has been received.

2. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital marketing services, Rank Puerto Rico LLC does not offer refunds once work has commenced. We ensure that all deliverables are completed according to the specifications agreed upon in the client contract. If you have concerns regarding the service provided, please contact us directly to discuss any potential resolutions.

3. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel ongoing SEO services with 30 days’ notice prior to the next invoice due date, as outlined in the client agreement. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to support@rankpuertorico.com. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all services will cease.

4. Return Policy As all services are delivered digitally and customized to each client's specific needs, Rank Puerto Rico LLC does not offer returns or exchanges. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions carefully before engaging in our services.

5. Legal Compliance This fulfillment policy is governed by the laws of the State of Puerto Rico. By using our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy and the terms outlined in their individual agreements.
